These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ask Mya, an SMS-based personal assistant service operated by Link Sales LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By texting START to our number or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Ask Mya is a subscription-based SMS service that provides users with a personal AI assistant accessible via text message. The Service includes reminders, appointment tracking, task follow-ups, and general conversational assistance. Ask Mya is a product of Link Sales LLC.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Ask Mya, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.
Access to Ask Mya requires a paid subscription, currently priced at $9 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting CANCEL MYA to our number. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Link Sales LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier in connection with your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Ask Mya is an AI assistant and may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information. You should not rely solely on the Service for critical decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link Sales LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
All content, branding, and technology associated with Ask Mya are the property of Link Sales LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
