These Terms of Use govern your use of Ask Mya, an AI-powered personal assistant service delivered via SMS, operated by Link Sales LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By texting START to begin the service, you agree to these terms.
Ask Mya is a subscription-based SMS assistant service. Once subscribed, you can text Mya to set reminders, track appointments, receive follow-ups, and have general conversations. The service operates entirely through text messaging — no app download or account creation is required.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Ask Mya. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
Ask Mya is offered on a monthly subscription basis starting at $9/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting CANCEL MYA to your Mya number. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Ask Mya uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may sometimes be incorrect or incomplete. You should not rely on Mya for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The Ask Mya service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link Sales LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Ask Mya, including but not limited to missed appointments or reminders.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ask Mya shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
